Nómadas cuisine is a project conceived by Benjamin Frid - a chef that is inspired by the natural world, the healing benefits of food and the creativity of cooking.

Benjamin has traveled all over the world, tasting and learning from different culinary traditions and cultures. His insatiable passion for food has sent him in search of new gastronomic experiences around the globe from Norway to the US, from Mexico to Thailand and more.

He has been involved in diverse food and beverage projects such as working in various international kitchens, creating new menus for restaurants, providing consultancy work for businesses in the hospitality sector advising on food, drink, services and administration and helping restaurants with sommelier services.

After settling on the lovely island of Mallorca and he was inspired to create a project which would reflect who he is and who he strives to be as a culinary creative.
